Just had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Formosa. The service from beginning to end was really impressive. Gavin understood the look I was going for and gave great advice. I couldn't have felt more confident in Rob the fitter. He was both accommodating and considerate. They're both absolute pros! Highly recommend.

We found that we were dealt with with courtesy by the owner and the bathroom fitter. The work started on the date given and completed to a high standard. We had no complaints at all.
We also used Formosa on recommendation.

From concept to fit it all went to plan. Excellent communication throughout the process. Richard, the bathroom installer, also did a fab job. Would recommend the team in a heart beat.

Highly recommend Formosa Bathrooms. The process was easy from start to finish. We’ve been looking at showrooms for ages and just couldn’t find just what we were looking for until we visited Formosa. They have lots of choice and lots of brochures to look at. Denise and Gavin were great at helping us get everything together. New bathroom (bath removed!) looks amazing with high quality finish. Richard was our fitter and has done a fantastic job, lovely guy as well.

I recently had a full kitchen renovation by Formosa which was completed within the time frame specified and a tight budget. Gavin was really helpful and worked with me on several designs and tweaks always keeping in mind the budget. I made several visits to the shop and was always made to feel welcome by the team there. Ian who installed the kitchen with his team of trades ensured the installation ran really smoothly. They always made sure everything was left clean and tidy. I am really pleased with how the kitchen turned out and highly recommend them if you are planning for a new kitchen.

Following water ingress into our floorboards and walls due to grouting failure in the tiled shower wall, we decided to look for a reputable company to fix the issue.

In the end we opted for a full refit as it was more hassle regrouting the bathroom.

Based on the great reviews on Google we decided to pay Formosa a visit. We booked an appointment with Gavin and he talked us through our options from panelled walls, tiling options and installing backing boards to ensure the compromised wall is protected for peace of mind. Gavin also provided a solution to a more effective moisture extraction by lowering the ceiling and installing a extraction fan directing above the shower. This has proved to reduce condensation in our new bathroom.

We visited several other showrooms and felt Formosa had everything we were looking for in terms of style, quality and a one-stop shop approach.

Gavin was honest, professional and patient. He found was we could save on money without compromising on quality. We did make a few changes and as with any project, there were some slight snags along the way. Gavin was quick to rectify any unforeseen issues and kept us updated throughout.

Alex showed craftsmanship and experience as he troubleshooted every quirk in our old cottage house from uneven walls to awkward pipe angles. He tackled each one with calm and ease. Alex communicated every issue or decision with us so we felt part of the process. His attention to detail shows in the fantastic end product.

Thank you Team Formosa for upgrading our bathroom!
