Gavin and Craig listened to what we wanted and made lots of helpful suggestions based on their extensive experience. We did look around and got other quotes, and whilst Formosa weren’t the cheapest, they also weren’t the most expensive. We did have a few changes of mind along the way, but the team were patient, not pushy and very helpful whenever we went back with potential alterations to the design & materials. Having finally settled on what we wanted, the bathroom was fitted by Richard, who did a fantastic job, making the odd suggestion along they way which improved the final look. It’s been a few months since the renovation, and we have had no problems .. very happy!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an outstanding experience from start to finish for the design and fitting of our new bathroom. Craig (Austin) was helpful in the design process, striking the right balance between accommodating our wishes and preventing us from making mistakes based on their extensive experience. The installation was faultless and on time causing minimal disruption and mess to the extent it was possible at times to forget Craig (Beckett) was even in the house. I suffered a serious illness just before the installation and they were very sympathetic and flexible in response. We would strongly recommend Formosa to our family and friends and will definitely use them for future projects.
